Remove forked _http_agent.js
* We haven't been keeping up with changes to that file and it's likely
to drift over time. Instead, inherit from the node exported Agent to
do the connection timeout thing using public methods.
* Also, do the same for https.globalAgent, which we had omitted. Wasn't
really an issue so far since the vast majority of requests are sent
through the proxy.
