Recreate VisualEditor Selenium Jenkins job
For now only en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org+firefox combination since
only two Cucumber scenarios are passing. As more scenarios pass and
the tests become more stable, more environment+browser combinations
can be recreated.
