Remove apaches.pp Migrate search indexers to use a configuration similar to job runners and other MediaWiki maintenance servers, based on mediawiki_new and applicationserver. That was the last user of apaches.pp, so it can be deleted now, thus removing one of the sets of duplicate configuration files that makes editing our puppet repo difficult.
