switch git.wikimedia.org from misc to text cluster
The plan is to shutdown gitblit (T111465) which is currently
handling git.wikimedia.org. And to do that and keep the URLs
working we would put some rewrite rules on the general Apache
cluster (T137224). This would be merged after Ide401ee9526995bc
is place. Then we can finally shutdown gitblit on antimony (T123718)
and strike one off the list in T123525.
