db-eqiad.php: Restoring normal weight
db1082 was out due to some hardware issues but it has been fine for the last
few weeks so
there is no reason not to have it with weight 500 as it used to.
It still needs it firmware to be upgraded, but whenever we do that, we can
depool it again
