icinga: Increase the check intervals
Checking the time of a box every minute makes little sense. The time is
not going to change that drastically in a minute. Increase the interval
10x. Increase the retry interval as well 5x, since the clock actually
coalescing takes some time. Decrease the retries to 3. That should allow
25 mins of a skewed clock before an alert is issued which should cover
most edge cases with false positives. It should also decrease the number
of checks the icinga server is forced to do
