Revert "Add German Wiktionary in beta"
The way the wiki has been added broke the database replication. The
slave trying to replicate "drop dewiktionary;" while the slave does not
have the database.
The master database does not have "dewiktionary" table. The hourly job
that update all database relies on the dblists/all-labs.dblist and hence
fail due to lack of db.
Remove dewiktionary from beta dblist:
This reverts commit 73af12e7e9261e31f6c35e0d0ca307c6d94d91c1.
The addwiki will have to be done again.
