deployment::server: enable jessie-wikimedia/experimental
Deployment servers will benefit from a recent (>= 2.8) git version.
Since the git upgrade is limited to deployment servers and not the whole
fleet, upload stretch's git to jessie-wikimedia/experimental and enable
the repository.
