debian-glue: add debc to dump packages content
debc - view contents of a generated Debian package
Rather helpful to quickly checks that everything is properly set in the
.deb package.
Use the jenkins-debian-glue wrapper jdg-debc
Capture output to debc.txt so it can be attached to the build result.
