Temporary remove monitoring for double deploy
Remove the monitoring of the new AQS endpoint for legacy pagecounts.
This is needed for seamless deployment of a new endpoint.
Otherwise, the deployment monitoring check will fail, because
we've not had the opportunity to insert the fake check data
because the keyspace didn't exist.
