Revert "rancid: switch active server to netmon2001"
This reverts commit 08542d1249f4d31fce32c1504c42e094422a3407.
netmon1002 has been reinstalled, so it could go back,
but more importantly rancid can't connect to routers/switches
from here but it can from netmon1002 ?
