Remove stray unnecessary @noflip
Follow-up to 5d0a07bf9dac66a9b705865b5c675f2be960e4e6.
As it happens, it actually doesn't matter whether this
element has 'float: left' or 'float: right', the
rendering is exactly the same. Let's remove the @noflip
for consistency with .vectorTabs, .vectorMenu etc.
