multiversion: Update docs for 'wfShellWikiCmd' hook
This hook was already renamed from 'wfShellMaintenanceCmd' to
'wfShellWikiCmd' shortly after its creation in 2012.
Follows-up 770c9d8c2eda.
Update the code comments to ease future debugging.
