db-eqiad.php: Depool db1109 and db1101:3318
Going to checksum data on db1101:3318 and db1109.
db1101 (s5 and s8) broke replication and db1109 didn't so, going to
checksum those two hosts to start with as looks like they were cloned
form different sources.
