(Bug 50755) Remove MigrationJob/SMWMigrate
MigrationJob/SMWMigrate makes reference to SMWSQLStore2
which no longer exists in 1.9 therefore eliminate related classes.
* Remove MigrationJob class
* Remove SMWMigrate class
