MW_RSYNC_ARGS: '--delay-updates' & '--compress'
--delay-updates :
This option causes rsync to stage all changes on the target
node by copying to a temporary location and then renaming
files into place all at once. This should minimize the amount
of time each sync target is in an inconsistent state, making
scap more atomic.
The staged files are placed into a directory named ".~tmp~" in
each file's destination director.
--compress :
Exactly what it sounds like.
