It sounds like you want either a targeted purge for this domain <https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Varnish#One-off_purges> or maybe more easily a full purge of the mobile cache <https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/MobileFrontend#Flushing_the_cache>.
