Rename "Current version" to "Development version"
This makes it sound less attractive to random people who really don't
want the unstable nightlies; see the thread on wikitech-l where someone
complained about Cite not working because he assumed he wanted "Latest
version".
I can't figure out how to change the default options -- could we have
the default be latest stable instead of trunk?
