I have to confess that I'm still very unsure of what the label "Enterprise" means, and I become even less sure when MediaWiki is used referred in an Enterprise context. Still, one of my clients (a 100+ year old company with divisions across the world) was using MediaWiki to explain their products to their distributors in different regions of the world. Essentially, they are using MediaWiki as a CMS with a small bit of customization to give different regions different landing pages. Perhaps this isn't what you're looking for.
