Our organisation is fairly new but you can see how we're organised by checking our bylaws[2]. As far as strategy, the new board member would be involved in bootstrapping MWStake's strategy. Currently, though, we have * organized a place for third party users to exchange problems and solutions[3], * coordinated development efforts for standard extensions/tasks on a higher level[4], and * generally worked to increase the relationships between various 3rd parties through communication and common projects.
