I use it on one wiki, it works just great !
You only have to say (in a new tab on top of your page) that
for the english page Main Page
- the french one is not Main Page/fr but Accueil
- the croatian one is not Main Page/hr but Glavna Stranica
it's better for google searching, nicer for visitors...

I customized the skin, the flags for multi languages are on the right of the
title, in the brown area.
