On http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Preventing_access#Restrict_page_creation it isn't clear how one can restrict page creation in certain namespaces, or all namespaces except certain ones. Tell me the answer and I will add it to the wiki page. No extensions solutions for me please. Thanks.
