Can you show us the wiki code involved ? (or a link to your wiki)
it looks like you're somehow referencing an url without setting a title
([[Template:Cite web]] will crash like this if you don't)
You're not saying in your post, but I assume that you did install the extension
Cite and checked that it worked properly ?
