Javier, Perhaps you should have a look at Semantic MediaWiki and Semantic Forms. Or have you already? Also supports populating red links automatically: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Semantic_Forms/Linking_to_forms#Populating_red-linked_pages_automatically.
