The original version of Dantman's port preserved the Wikia button layout and
retained most of the CSS of the original Wikia skin. I have removed some of the
original functionality (such as the most of the original Wikia button interface
appearance), preferring instead to allow the default Monobook/Vector CSS be
used instead, as well as including compatibility patches for the WikiEditor
extension.

Unlike Dantman's port, which tried to port almost all of the original skin
behavior intact, my skin fork is focused on compatibility with current versions
of MediaWiki and its extensions, as the stock version has interface errors "out
of the box", and since I have effectively removed most of the original Wikia
button code, it made more sense to make a fork than to call this a bug fix of
the original, especially since some of the changes effectively change the skin
to have a more Vector/Monobook like appearance.
