Hi, Which extension? I think it is a core built in function to put links into pages.
I have checked the Specialpage:Version on 1.19 and 1.21.3 - the extensions are all the same (newer Version in 1.21.3, but all the extensions loaded on 1.19 are also displayed in new 1.21.3). There are only a few new perserfunctions displayed in Version 1.21.3: display_external_table, drilldownlink, display_line.
