Did you do this just 
playing with skins/vector/screen-hd.css
or you have edited Vector.php ?

--Just used skins/vector/screen.css though Mediawiki version 1.22 will be 
skins/vector/screen.less (take note!)

Anyway, congratulations with the acihievement nandling the mediawiki.
