Public bug reported:
When connecting to another computer under 9.10 using video, Skype
suddenly shuts down. This does not happen with voice to either a phone
or a computer. I have all the latest codecs and the camera seems to be
working well before dialling. However, a few seconds after connecting
to a computer with the cameras on, Skype closes precipitously.
