Thanks for your bug report.
I'm subscribed to ffmpeg bug reports, so I've been aware of that for some time,
but too lazy to add a package. ;]
I've a test package ready for karmic (with libfaac and libamr support), I'll
upload it in our staging area soon. I'm marking it as Won't Fix for lucid at
the moment, as I don't know how the situation will evolve (wrt libfaac license,
and openamr use instead of libamr).
