On the upstream GNOME/GStreamer bug, David Schleef, mentioned that AMR-WB and AMR-NB (opencore amr libraries) plugin are supported by gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly. This is odd since I have gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly 0.10.12-1 installed. Does anyone have some insight as to why this would affect Ubuntu users but seems resolved upstream?
