hi Paul, it seems, that http://packages.medibuntu.org is back up. Connection is back again. But: at the moment it works for me with this entry in /etc/hosts which was suggested. I could just install it via Synaptic.
I will check this, if it also runs without that and if I can get Contact on their Homepage.
