Or better yet just leave it in place to make it easier to add back with: sudo sed -i '/packages\.medibuntu/s/^/#/' /etc/apt/sources.list
and add it back with sudo sed -i '/packages\.medibuntu/s/^# *//' /etc/apt/sources.list substitute /etc/apt/sources.d/medibuntu.list or similar for /etc/apt/sources.list if that is the way your distro.
