The opening description may not be clear enough, but I can confirm with
this bug. Using Kubuntu 10.04, with Qt library 4.6.2 (I have deleted all
the libQt*.so and quite a few other *.so from the google-earth install
path so that Qt libraries from the system rather than the version
provided with Google Earth 5.1 can be used (otherwise Chinese characters
would not be rendered, and Qt apperance won't be consistent with KDE
settings), all the popups, bubble contents are blank and empty. They use
to display their contents on 9.04, 9.10, but after upgrading to 10.04,
this bug occurs.

And if running Google Earth from the command line, the message
undefined:4: ReferenceError: Can't find variable: ge_bridge
is returned every time trying to open a bubble. I have attached my screenshot 
here.
