Public bug reported:

Hi, I have a video with AAC 5.1 sound. My old receiver is old and doesn't
accept AAC stream. So I want to do AAC->AC3 on the fly encoding. I run

mplayer -ao alsa:device=spdif -vo xv -af channels=6,lavcac3enc=1:640:3
myvideofile

However, mplayer gives an error saying filter lavcac3end is not
available. Looks like the mplayer package from medibuntu doesn't have
this filter compiled in. Could you fix it problem ? Thanks.

FYI: I have Kubuntu 10.04.
