Public bug reported:
I was using Synaptics Package Manager on Ubuntu 10.04 to download
ubuntu-restricted-extras. Initially, w32codecs will progress smoothly at
19kbps to 30kbps. As it reaches about 90 percent the downloads restarts
in Synaptics. I tried to download it at the website, it freezes at
90-91%. Clicking a re-try will not work.
It was only on this package that I experienced this. Otherwise, the
rest were ok.
