Hi, my Cmpiz has been 0.8.4, and later updated to 0.8.6 already... And thanks to mabab, who gave me a clue. Today I turned off the autostart of Cairo-dock, and rebooted the system, then the pictures in bubbles of Google Earth are back.
So maybe it's a bug with Cairo-dock with autostart.
