Your problem comes from a " http://packages.ubuntu.com/lucid/mercurial";
repository configured on your machine. This repository doesn't exist,
and the GPG error is just a consequence of that.
Remove this repo from your configuration, and restart the medibuntu
installation procedure. This should fix it.
