At paracer the problem fixed. Looking maybe found a fix I can tell if it
is correct:

1 - First type in this:

sudo gedit / etc / apt / sources.list.d / medibuntu.list

2 - When you open the file and delete the contents rempleza by this:

http://mirror.oscc.org.my/medibuntu/ deb lucid free non-free
deb-src http://mirror.oscc.org.my/medibuntu/ lucid free non-free

3 - Then I opened a terminal and type:

sudo apt-get update

4 - Then I went to use the Update Manager "and gave me no problems.

This is the content that had the file on startup.

deb http://packages.medibuntu.org/ required free non-free # Medibuntu - Ubuntu 
12.04 "Precise Pangolin"
# deb-src required http://packages.medibuntu.org/ free non-free # Medibuntu
