Why not just add a footnote to delimited format of .csv which can opened
directly as an Excel spreadsheet.  Attached is an example for an easy

Easier way...

Print report to Spool.  
I have access to the MIS spooling file under BAR.
Go to #40 Spooling Menu and select #19 Transmit
Put in spool number, hit enter, 

Spool #   Report Title / Comment                                     Rec Len



Use Position 1 For Printer Control?  N

Fixed/Variable          V

  If Fixed:    Record Length               (Including Printer Control
Position)

  If Variable: Record Terminator(s)   CR/LF AUTOMATICALLY ENTERED         If
Other, Rec Term ASCII Codes

Download To Your PC?       Y

Transfer Protocol        ENTER THRU

End of Page ASCII Codes   ENTER THRU

End of File ASCII Codes     ENTER THRU


Will ask Download to your PC?    Y

tell it where to download to (directory, folder) , name the file put
extension of .txt on (sample ak1234.txt)
