Hi Marie ... we currently use CMFI Group, 1-800-373-4336 (contact is Larry VanVooren) for our Electronic Forms (Checks & UB forms). We use the Eforms box instead of the ELF Chip, which allows for electronic changes to the form via an electronic file that is installed on the box. Hope this helps.
