Hope some of you may have a streamlined approach to documenting when a nurse assists a physician with a procedure ie. chest tube insertion, artline assist with. We currently have several interventions some with screens attached some not but we are struggling with the growing interventions and also we use the system to capture workload so we have to consider that. If anyone has done anything neat please drp me a line.
