Katie Hi Daisy, We accomplish by answering "All" to the "Default Responses" query in the Enter/Edit Assessment/Treatment Dictionary. This way, if a patient gets another assessment added to their account, the nurse only has to fill in the complaint specific queries. The rest of the data that was collected on admission automatically populates the new assessment. Katie Wood Applications Specialist War Memorial Hospital 500 Osborn Blvd Sault Ste. If I have read correctly, it sounds like you used the same query on both screens. If this is true, you need only use an attribute to recall the last filed resposne to the query (Meditech attributes don't care from what CDS it was last filed). In this situation, use: [EMAIL PROTECTED]"QUERY'] - You will need to place your query's mnemonic in place of QUERY. If you have different queries, you can use the same attribute but place the other query's mnemonic in the place of QUERY. However, if this is the case, both queries need to have the same length or you may be defaulting a response that is too long for the query that you are defaulting into. If you are using multiple line queries, a much more complex attribute is needed. Let me know if this is the case! Hope this helps, Kenny Whiteside Kenny Whiteside RN, BSN Patient Care Information Systems Catawba Valley Medical Center 810 Fairgrove Church Road Hickory, NC 28602 [EMAIL PROTECTED] >>> "Daisy Reyna" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> 02/23/2006 4:00 PM >>> All messages should be posted in plain text. I have a comment type query that is used in two different CDS's. If it's answered in one CDS can you populate that comment response into the other CDS? Thanks in advance.
