        I'm curious about your experience with this analyzer using a Digi.
We are primarily using Digi's now but have some Xyplexes in use also.  One
of our sites is using a new termserver called an MRV from the same vendor
that makes the Xyplexes and has them connected to their Intetgras.  They had
some problems with the MRV connection a few weeks ago but the vendor did an
upgrade to them and resolved the issue.

Has anyone experienced problems running the Integra 800 on a Digiport IP
based termserver? We are a Magic shop running 5.4 with OS version P8.0.24.
Seems that from the day we moved the Integra from the OLD 3com termserver to
the Digiport we have had nothing but problems. We changed the process of
starting and stopping batches which has helped. Recently we added a 2nd
Integra 800 into the mix and now things have gone form bad to worse. We have
double checked all of our settings and everything looks good. Sometimes the
units will shut down the Caretaker of the machine running our Lab app and
then none of the analyzers work. Meditech has been trying to resolve this
issue but has not had much success. If anyone else is having or has had this
issue I would be very interested in finding out how you resolved it.
