Hay, y'all,
On a warm, almost-spring morning, my thoughts naturally turn to . . .
commercial .835 files, of course!
Does anyone know of a vendor that can take a .tiff image of a commercial
EOB and convert it into an .835 file?
I'm defining "commercial" as any/everything other than Medicare,
Medicaid and Blue Cross. All of our payments, correspondence, etc., go
to our lockbox with Bank of America. They have a partnership with
HealthLogic, who says they can do just this very thing. However, it's
been like pulling eyeteeth to get anything moving. Since this process
would SO greatly improve our work processes, I'm really eager to get
something in the works soon.
Vendors are welcome to respond to the *specific* need.
