Our Coag Management Clinic uses the (web-based) Standing Stone application. We transmit Clinical Consultation reports, incorporating therapeutic data from Standing Stone, to the EMR "Other Reports" panel via an orders-based HL7 interface.
This interface was implemented two years ago, and has proved quite reliable.
We are running c/s 5.5 sr2.
