Hello all, Does anyone know of a way to obtain the first documented value of a query (of course accounting for edits & undos)? I'm building a flowsheet that the nurse wants to see baseline data while documenting....I'd like to pull this baseline data from the admission assessment - filled in prior to the procedure. ccdqr would be fine except the form is filled in multiple times and the recovery (right hand) is done often (really messing w/ the baseline concept...). I'd also like to preserve trending, and not have "missing" vitals etc. I really want the left side to function as a placeholder..... baseline q15min - 30min BP BP PULSE PULSE RESP RESP POX POX etc etc Any ideas greatly appreciated.
