Hi, Currently we are generating follow up letters for those patients who did not have biopsy 3 months after the initial abnormal PAP smear result. We also created the NPR report to list those patients but we are also picking up the patients who already had biopsy. Has anyone created such report to include only those patients who have not had biopsy 3 months after the sign out date?
