Have you tried the "Download to Networked Folders" option on the "Printing" tab of the Report dictionary definition for the report? You can select a network folder location, format (plain, rich, or word), and whether to generate the output file on DRAFT or SIGNED status. We are C/S 5.5.2 and use MS Word for Transcription in Meditech. We want to be able to save the whole file (header, body, footer) to a file (Word or Text) on a network drive so we can have a simple program parse the text and find the carbon copy docs and send the file to them via secure e-mail. Our issue is we cannot seem to save the whole file to a document. Any help would be appreciated.
