We just finished our 5.5 Ring Release on Wednesday. We too have 5
modems and it took 1.5 hrs. for Meditech to do their part and release
the system to our initial users. That Dell OSAL hardware upgrade we did
in September was well worth it!

Hi Teresa,

We are a Magic site, just completed our Update on February 7th. We
went
from 4.9 SR 4 to 5.5 SR 2. We had 5 modems available. Were told 2 hours
and
it took 3 hours, maybe a little more.

By the time the downtime users tested their modules and let us know all
was
ok it was another 30 minutes at least. PCI was LAST to be
available-down for
nearly 4 hours.

Hopefully you will find this helpful.
