We set an interface and had the same problem. To resolve the problem the PACS vendor set a few changes and it now works. We also use active-directory for our PACS system and as long as both logon names are the same we have not had issue. Sorry, but I am uncertain of the changes made on the PACs vendor side.

Subject: [MEDITECH-L] PCI / PACS Interface

Hello everyone,

Has anyone implemented the PCI / PACS Interface? We have been setting this up over the past couple of months and we are very frustrated, and can't seem to get the right answers from either vendor. We have given them our static URL, and we are seeing the asterisk in the image field within PCI, when we go to pull up the patient and arrow over, it does take us to the GE web site, although it is asking us for a username and password, and it shouldn't. Another thing is that it isn't pulling up the images. We have them set to pull from the ris_exam_id=000XXXXXX in the url, but for some reason it doesn't work. Meditech says the exam number should be populated by GE, and GE says it should be populated by Meditech. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for your help,
